The mattress has a breathable bamboo rayon cover and a Euro-top padded with layers of gel memory foam and polyfoam. Novilla does not ship outside the contiguous U.S., but customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may be able to find Novilla products through third-party retailers.

The mattress is compressed and sealed in plastic before being rolled up and boxed for shipping. Mattresses are sent via FedEx or UPS. Customers receive a tracking number 1 to 2 business days after purchase, and the mattress generally arrives within 3 to 6 business days.
To set up the mattress, remove the packaging and allow it to expand on the bed frame or foundation. Novilla recommends letting the hybrid mattress expand for 72 hours before sleeping on it.

Defects that are covered under the warranty include splitting and cracking foams that occur despite proper usage. The warranty does not apply to normal softening of the foams, or damage that arises as a result of abuse or misuse.
