Overall, this mattress is better suited to back and side sleepers than to stomach sleepers. It’s not quite firm enough to offer the robust support that stomach sleepers need to keep their spines from curving uncomfortably.
However, the firm model has nearly optimal support for stomach sleepers between 130 and 230 pounds. Stomach sleepers under 130 pounds and over 230 pounds also frequently find the firm version comfortable. The mattress begins with a GOTS-certified organic cotton cover with a .5-inch layer of GOTS-certified organic wool underneath. The cotton is highly breathable, and the wool adds natural temperature-regulating and fire-resistant properties.
Each mattress has a 3-inch layer of Dunlop latex engineered to adapt to your body’s shape and relieve pressure. Free shipping is available to shoppers in the contiguous 48 states. Delivery is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside the U.S. Orders ship via UPS or FedEx and typically arrive within seven business days.
Each mattress arrives compressed and sealed into one or two boxes. Latex is fairly heavy, and customers should arrange to have two people present for setup.
