Puffy

Puffy includes proprietary foam blends in each of its mattress models. The Puffy lineup includes three all-foam mattresses – the original Puffy, the Puffy Lux, and the Puffy Royal – as well as the Lux Hybrid and Royal Hybrid. Each mattress has a stain-resistant “Zip-n-Wash” cover that can be removed for cleaning.

The Puffy

The original Puffy mattress has a 10-inch profile and medium (5) rating. It is the most affordable option of the three Puffy mattresses.

Beneath the stain-resistant polyester cover is a 2-inch comfort layer of gel-infused memory foam. This “CloudComfort” layer draws heat away from the body. It contours deeply for pressure relief and provides the body-hugging feel that is commonly expected from memory foam. This layer helps prevent motion transfer.

The transitional layer of the Puffy is 2 inches of “ClimateComfort” polyfoam. This layer stabilizes temperature. While some foam contracts and expands with temperature fluctuations, the ClimateComfort foam stays more consistent. This layer also keeps sleepers from sinking into the support core.

The Puffy Lux Hybrid

The Puffy Lux Hybrid is a 12-inch foam mattress with a medium (5) firmness. This is the mid-level price-point model in Puffy’s lineup.

DreamCloud offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii incur a $150 shipping charge. White Glove delivery is $149, with the option to add old mattress removal to this service for $20. International shipping is not currently available. Orders are shipped within five to seven business days. The mattress is compressed and vacuum-sealed.

Puffy Shipping

Puffy ships throughout all 50 states for free. White Glove delivery and international shipping options are not currently available. The bed is compressed and shipped as a mattress in a box, typically within two to five business days.

Returns

Mattress returns are often free, though some companies charge a transportation or restocking fee. Most include a sleep trial that allows customers to try out the mattress in their own homes before making a decision. Warranties

A mattress warranty provides repair or replacement of a mattress in the event of a defect.
