Purple Mattress also offers a 10-year limited warranty. The company will repair or replace defective mattresses. Eligible defects include excessive indentation or cracking and splitting of materials, not including firmness and comfort preferences. Soiled mattresses and mattresses that have been used without a proper foundation are not eligible for warranty coverage. The cover has a separate warranty of 2 years.
