A Word From Jodi

What’s your biggest sleeping pain point?

I need to sleep with my upper body slightly elevated or indigestion can get me – and that’s really uncomfortable.

What’s your favorite sleep product right now?

I use two pillows, and both are memory foam. One is thin and has built in back and side sleeper support and the other has adjustable memory foam fill.

What is your nightly sleep regimen?

My partner goes to sleep later than I do, so I tend to put on my bluetooth sleep mask and listen to some hypnotherapy or soothing sleep sounds.

What’s your top sleep tip?

The most important tip for me is to have nothing to eat for about 3 hours before bed. I also don’t drink coffee after mid-afternoon.
