child is no longer napping, bedtime hours may need to be adjusted to be sure you still provide enough time for sleep. Preschoolers should get 10 to 13 hours of sleep a day, with or without naps, which could mean going to sleep as early as 6:30 PM depending on what time your child wakes up in the morning.
