Subath is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Somnoware, a breakthrough software platform that helps manage the needs of every sleep disorder stakeholder, from referral sources and labs to interpreting physicians and homecare providers. It delivers web-based data access to accelerate accurate treatment and ensure compliance. Somnoware is revolutionizing how you track, treat and triumph over today’s sleep disorders.

Prior to Somnoware, Subath served as CEO of Prometheus, which specializes in billing, collections/account receivable management for Physician Offices, Sleep Centers and Durable Medical Equipment companies. With 250 billing associates spread over three Global Delivery Centers, Prometheus is the only company with the experience, size, expertise and cost structure to take on the unique challenges of the current DME reimbursement environment.

With Subath’s leadership, Prometheus transitioned from a traditional billing service to a technology driven revenue cycle management company. Prometheus is presently led by a management team with a combined experience of over 100 years in DME and over 20 years of working for Medicare DME Carriers. Our proprietary workflow software and our experienced team have enabled us to achieve a 10-fold increase in both revenue and employee count over the past 6 years.

Subath was also the Founder and COO of Acclaim systems, a leading software solutions company offering a multitude of comprehensive and customized services across the Commercial and Government (State & Local and Federal), sector and offers expertise in Microsoft (Gold Partner), IBM (JAZZ!), Oracle, SAP, .Net, Java and several other technologies. Acclaim’s services include fixed price solutions, Project Management, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and IT Staff Supplementation to include off-site development/support. Acclaim’s corporate office is located in Philadelphia and has regional offices in Harrisburg, PA; Danville, VA and Atlanta, GA.

He founded the company from his basement in 1997. After growing it to over 100 employees, Subath exited the company in 2002.
