Exercise and Sleep poll results to be released March 4

WASHINGTON, DC, January 14, 2013- The National Sleep Foundation (NSF) will be releasing its annual Sleep in America poll results March 4, 2013. Since 1991, the poll is the annual check-up on Americans’ sleep health practices. This year’s poll will explore the relationship between sleep and exercise. Prior poll results are available at www.sleepfoundation.org
The NSF releases the poll at its annual Sleep Health and Safety conference which also marks the start of National Sleep Awareness Week® (March 3 – 10). The final day signals the beginning of Daylight Saving Time (DST) and moving our clocks forward one hour. An embargoed press release will be available to the media on February 25, 2013.
