I was given a handful of dental appliance places to call and they were ALL very expensive and my insurance would not cover it up front. I saw Snorex via instagram and tried it and it flat out works. If it can help her sleep at night. At first it took a good week or so to get use to it in your mouth. I followed the instruction exactly the way they stayed. I created my custom mold and then began on setting 1. I wore it for the recommend nights and then adjust to the next setting. As I got to setting 3 my wife said my snore become a low type snore which was manageable to her. I continue working my way through. I reach setting 6” and like magic I stopped snoring completely. I also found I am now dreaming again. I didn’t realize prior how I wasn’t able to get in to those important deep sleeps.
